And it began with a simple feeling. The one I get whenever I arrive to check in.

The anticipation of being… anticipated. Expected. Welcome. 

Little things being offered before you ask. Your preferences being remembered.
The quiet ease, efficiency, and effortlessness of the whole process.

My name is Emma Smallwood, and I’ve been very fortunate in that regard.

Fortunate also, to have spent years collaborating with some of the UK’s most accomplished service providers. The kind trusted by royalty, celebrities, VIPs, and High Net Worth Individuals. The kind who work with iconic venues and at the nation’s highest-profile events.

And it all started me wondering.

What if we could bring those standards to ‘normal’ life? Give people that feeling of being somewhere special, only in their own homes?

We could make returning from holiday as relaxing as going. Make airport transfers a pleasure. Welcome people into their new homes in style. Transform simple evenings in into nights to remember. Turn the changing of the seasons into aesthetic occasions.

In short, we could bring the exceptional to the everyday.
